Intempo, the highest resedential building in Spain (198 meters high), is a skyline icon of the mediterranean coast and is located on the beach of poniente in Benidorm (Alicante).
Uniq will modernize and finish construction of the building, which consists of 256 apartments of 1- 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with the most spectacular views over the mediterranean.
Large common areas of more than 13,000 m2 (including the highest SPA&Gym in Europe, a rooftop bar and ample outdoor common areas with pools, entertainment, etc.)
